In 2002 the students of the University of Winnipeg voted to each contribute 25 cents per student to the operating costs of the NCRA. The initiative was spearheaded by CKUW-FM, the community-based campus radio station at the University of Winnipeg and is administered by the University of Winnipeg Student Association. Thanks to all.
