This year's National Campus and Community Radio Conference featured live performances every night, including Carolyn Mark, Sweatshop Union and locals Myles Black and the Pearly Whites. There was even a radio station set-up just for the occasion....

There were workshops on spreadsheets and Palestinian programming, accessibility and digital music. Other special guests included Ted Kennedy from CBC Radio, Steve Pratt from CBC Radio 3, representatives from Industry Canada and the CRTC and Green Party leader Elizabeth May.

But more than anything it was a week where people could come together and talk community radio in all its different forms. Thanks to Kathy, Ken, CJ our DJ, Dave the tech, Dave and Dave the cooks and all the other volunteers from CKGI-FM (Gabriola Radio Society) to making it a great week!
